Adam is the Director of Wealth Planning at AJ Wealth. He counsels the firm’s clients and advisors on complex issues involving tax, trusts and estates, asset protection, charitable planning, business and family governance, and overall wealth transfer and preservation. Prior to joining AJ Wealth in 2022, Adam practiced law as a tax attorney focusing on trusts and estates where he designed and implemented cutting-edge strategies to mitigate tax liability and effectuate the generational transfer of wealth. Known in the legal and wealth management communities for his experience and expertise, Adam is a sought-after speaker in these areas and has authored numerous articles on various tax and estate planning topics. Adam received his B.S. from Indiana University, J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and LL.M. in Taxation from New York Law School. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars.
